Chief Executive Officer
From sales engineer and design manager to industry entrepreneur, Bill has found success and fulfillment in multiple roles over his 30-plus year career. He enjoys working with teams and customers on design, sales and engineering and is skilled at transforming challenges into solutions. Bill is a creative thinker and a focused leader, with unparalleled experience working for and consulting with some of the industry’s giants. He is proud of what he has learned from and been able to contribute to the greenhouse industry. In his spare time, Bill is on the leadership team of his church and enjoys playing ice hockey. He makes his home in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife and seven children.

Michael Kovalycsik
Director of Business Development
With over 35 years in the horticultural industry, Mike has worked for greenhouse manufacturers and distributors, and is highly knowledgeable in hydronic heating. He has a deep understanding of all facets of the industry and a keen awareness of customer needs. His experience with all types of greenhouse designs, weather requirements and crops makes him well-suited to delivering precise greenhouse environments where customers can grow their success. When he’s not working Mike can be found with his family in their award-winning garden in Northeast Ohio, watching West Ham United football, perfecting his golf game, or attending a Pearl Jam show.

James Parris
Director of Sales
James has been working with top greenhouse manufacturers for over 30 years. He began his industry career in design and drafting, quickly adding customer service and sales to his resume. His early hands-on install experience and years of project and crew management inspired him to improve assembly and environmental design of greenhouse structures, and gave him the ability to analyze what the best greenhouse design options are for his clients. James lives in western North Carolina with his wonderful wife and four great kids, and enjoys gardening, working in his backyard greenhouse, and continuing the quest to perfect his smoked Korean barbeque.
